Cask no.5 - 369 bottles
Dram suggestions:
A generous Dram served at room temperature. Alternatively make a great Highball
Whisky&Soda (2 parts Whisky / 3 parts Soda)
Signature Cocktail:
SCENT OF MANHATTAN
- 60ml-2oz LAGO- Single Malt Whisky
- 30ml-1oz Red Vermouth
- 2 Dashes of Bitter
- Orange peel
Add ingredients to the mixing glass.
Add ice to both a mixing glass and serving glass.
Stir ingredients for 30-40 secs.
Strain into serving glass.
Squeeze Orange peel on glass.
Single Malt - Single Cask

Virgin Acacia
Barrel no.10 - 320 bottles
Dram suggestions:
A generous Dram served at room temperature. Alternatively make a great Highball
Whisky&Soda (2 parts Whisky / 3 parts Soda)
Signature Cocktail:
LAKE FASHIONED
- 60ml-2oz SERA – Single Malt Whisky
- 15ml-1/2 oz Elderflower Syrup
- 2 Dashes of Bitter
- Soda water
Add ingredients to the mixing glass.
Add ice to both a mixing glass and a rock glass.
Stir ingredients for 30-40 secs.
Strain into rocks glass.
Garnish with a lightly expressed ruby wild lemon peel.
