Colour:
Fully golden with pink reflections.
Nose:
Notes of caramelized malt with hints of chocolate and dried fruit, red fruit, mainly cherry, warm spices such as vanilla and tonka beans that enrich the olfactory spectrum.
Palate:
Cereal in the foreground, cherry under spirit, notes of dried fruit and honey, good contribution of oak wood, soft and persistent taste.
Finish:
Medium length, elegant.

We started with two releases of Single Cask. Monitoring the maturation progress of each barrel together with the Master Distiller is the most important activity during aging, through olfactory analyzes and regular tastings in search of the optimal moment for bottling our whisky.
